when i think about them having worked on 花樣年華 pt. 1 for over six months, when i think about them refusing to change their lyrics, when i think about the fact that dark & wild was a rushed production that had to be recorded in a little over a month, when i think about how genuinely happy and excited they all look, i know for sure that this album means a lot to them

this album is essentially them, a reflection of them, and they’re so fucking proud of it

in the past they’ve always said they wanted to be number one but now they’re really, genuinely asking us to help them and after 2 years, 8 albums, over 15 group music videos, 26 dance practices, and constant mindblowing performances, i think it’s an understatement to say they deserve it so
